Ma voi dell'ebook che ne pensate?
"E' un altro modo di leggere" dicono, quelli che lo provano.
Non solo. Se leggere un libro somiglia a dialogare con una persona nello scompartimento di un treno, sapere che nello stesso ordigno, di libri ce se stanno centinaia dà l'impressione di stare in un autobus nell'ora di punta.
La pagina, poi. Come riferimento, unità di misura, scompare. Il testo scorre sotto i nostri occhi senza interruzioni. O meglio: nel libro bisogna girare pagina mentre qui far scorrere il testo al paragrafo successivo. Quasi come stare al buio davanti ad un corpo, magari bellissimo, e ottenere di poterlo vedere tutto, ma dieci centimetri quadri per volta.
E' proprio vero: "E' un altro modo di leggere".
Forse anche di scrivere nascerà un altro modo, quindi.
Ma Pirandello e Kant era per essere letti alla vecchia maniera, che avevano scritto.
Leggerli sull'ebook forse li cambia, li distorce.
Cosa che in fondo facciamo da secoli, da Guttemberg in poi, con Omero, Seneca, Virgilio, Dante e Ariosto.

A parte gli scherzi M, sarei interessato a sapere se il tuo è un giudizio a priori o se hai già provato a leggerci un libro.
ho provato, ma dopo un paio di capitoli non ce l'ho fatta più..poi ammetto che io sono un caso disperato, la tecnologia ed io non leghiamo..mi piacciono le sensazioni della carta e la possibilità di scrivere al volo le mie impressioni a margine, mi piace piegare le pagine dove c'è un passo che apprezzo particolarmente, mi piace annusare i libri e poterli posare un po' dappertutto, con tutti i loro colori..:)
M, ti capisco, sono contorniato da persone che la pensano come te.
Per non diventare pesante (e penso di essere già sulla buona strada) mi asterrò dal controbattere.
Sicuramente è vero che ai libri elettronici manca l'odere della carta. Ma anche a quello si potrebbe rimediare no?
